Bodyworks Fitness Private Fitness Center provides personal fitness training with the benefit of a privacy where the trainer and the client work one-on-one to achieve personal fitness goals. It is strictly private and by appointment only.
Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
NMT is a thorough program of recovery from acute and chronic pain syndromes which utilizes specific massage therapy, flexibility stretching, and home care to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns. This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and it releases endorphins, the body's own natural pain killers. It can be part of a comprehensive program, complementing all other health care modalities.
Dance
Johnny was hooked on swing dancing after attending a swing dance and began taking East Coast Swing classes and private lessons. He has since studied various forms of swing dance including Lindy Hop (Savoy, Hollywood/Smooth, etc..), Balboa, Charleston, West Coast Swing, Collegiate Shag, and various line dances and choreographies. His favorite is the lesser known but more intricate dance, Balboa. .

Personal Fitness Training

Therapeutic Bodywork
Neuromuscular Therapy - Myofascial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Specific, etc.:- 1 hour - $70
- 45 mins. - $55
Swedish Massage:
- 1 ½ hours - $75
- 1 hour - $50
- 45 mins. - $40
On-site or In-Home Therapeutic Bodywork/Sports Massage/Personal Training

On-site Corporate Chair Massage/Educational Presentations/Group Fitness and/or Dance Lessons
* Corporate Chair Massage (2hrs+) - $70 per hour

Policies
- Being late for a session = shorter session.
- 1/2 payment is expected for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time. There are no exceptions (even if a request for rescheduling is made.) The 1/2 payment must be received before the next appointment is scheduled.
